By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website to place an order.

Customers may also complete purchases as guests where guest checkout is available.

Any product substitution requires your agreement.

5. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Product prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.

Our website may automatically convert displayed prices into a local currency based on your location.

The final currency and total amount payable will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Applicable product taxes are included in the displayed product prices as applicable to the relevant market.

Shipping charges and any other charges collected by us will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

For international orders, import duties, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges imposed by the destination customs authority or carrier may be payable separately by the customer, as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making a purchase request for the products and quantities shown in your checkout summary.

We will send an order confirmation email when your order is accepted. The order confirmation email indicates acceptance of the order.

After acceptance, we will process the order according to our Shipping Policy.

We may conduct basic checks before fulfilment, including inventory availability, delivery address completeness, and payment or order security checks.

If an order contains a material pricing error, unavailable product, incomplete delivery information, or another issue preventing fulfilment, we will review the matter and contact you where reasonably possible.

If an obvious pricing error is identified, we may offer the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order and receive an applicable refund.

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and refund amounts collected for the cancelled products or order as applicable.

7. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment is generally collected when an order is placed.

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable transaction for the total amount displayed at checkout.

If a payment cannot be completed or verified, order processing may be delayed or the order may not be accepted.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 calendar days after order confirmation.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is generally:

• United States: 1–5 business days.
• Supported European destinations: 2–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, and other circumstances.

Available shipping methods, charges, supported destinations, tracking information, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

We may fulfil an order in multiple packages. Split shipments do not create additional shipping charges solely because the original order is delivered in multiple parcels.

9. Promotional Discounts and Shipping Offers

Noravumi may provide promotional discount codes and shipping offers subject to their stated eligibility requirements.

The current promotional offers include:

• GUBYHJ: 10% off the first eligible order after email subscription.
• HU888: 15% off qualifying orders with a pre-discount merchandise subtotal of at least USD 128.
• Free Standard Shipping: Eligible orders reaching USD 89 qualify for free standard shipping.

The GUBYHJ and HU888 discounts may be used together when the customer qualifies for both offers.

Neither discount code can be combined with the USD 89 free standard shipping promotion.

If either or both promotional discount codes are applied, the free standard shipping promotion will not apply.

Applicable discounts and shipping charges will be shown in the checkout summary.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@noravumi.com.

We recommend submitting a cancellation request within 12 hours after placing the order to improve the possibility of stopping fulfilment.

Cancellation availability depends on the order's actual status:

• Before processing begins, cancellation is normally possible.
• During picking or processing, cancellation depends on whether the order can still be stopped.
• After packing but before carrier handoff, we will make reasonable efforts to stop dispatch.
• After carrier handoff, the parcel normally cannot be cancelled or recalled.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Returns and Refunds

11.1 Voluntary 30-Day Return Commitment

Eligible products may be returned under our voluntary 30-day return commitment.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the 30-day voluntary return period is calculated from the date the last item in the order is received.

After receiving our complete return instructions and confirmed return address, customers should dispatch voluntary returns within 7 calendar days.

This 7-day dispatch requirement applies to voluntary returns under our 30-day return commitment only. It does not shorten or replace any mandatory statutory withdrawal or return period available under applicable consumer protection laws.

11.2 Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal for Eligible EU/EEA Consumers

Consumers in applicable European Union and European Economic Area countries generally have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance purchases within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods.

If multiple products in one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer or designated third party receives the last product in that order.

To exercise this statutory right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period. You may submit your withdrawal notice by emailing info@noravumi.com or using our Contact Us page.

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your withdrawal decision, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We will provide the applicable return address and instructions. The 7-calendar-day dispatch requirement for voluntary returns does not apply to or shorten this statutory 14-day return period.

Where permitted by applicable law and where the customer was informed of this obligation before purchase, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the statutory withdrawal right.

11.3 Refunds for Statutory Withdrawals

When a qualifying statutory withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse the applicable payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that does not involve additional fees for you.

We will process statutory withdrawal refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to the legal right to withhold reimbursement for goods until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable law permits, you may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

11.4 Promotional Discounts and Partial Returns

Refunds for approved returns are calculated based on the actual amount paid for the returned products, including the applicable allocation of promotional discounts.

For partial returns, we use the original order's actual discount allocation. We do not recalculate the discounts on retained products solely because the remaining merchandise value falls below the original promotional threshold.

11.5 Additional Consumer Rights

All returns and refunds remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our voluntary 30-day return commitment limits, excludes, or replaces mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, remedies for defective products, or other consumer protections available under applicable law.

12. Website Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Provide materially false or misleading order or account information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or website functions.
• Interfere with website operation, security, or availability.
• Use automated methods to abuse promotional offers or order processes.
• Submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law.

We may review suspicious activity and take reasonable measures to protect customers, orders, and website security.

13. Reviews and Customer Submissions

Reviews should relate to genuine product or shopping experiences and must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing material.

We do not impose a mandatory arbitration requirement or waive statutory consumer complaint rights through this section.
