Welcome to Noravumi. These Promotional Terms & Conditions explain the promotional discounts and shipping offers available through our website. Please review the applicable offer conditions and your checkout summary before completing an order.

1. General Promotional Terms

These terms apply to promotional offers made available through noravumi.com, including email subscription discounts, qualifying order discounts, and free standard shipping.

Each promotion is subject to the eligibility requirements described in this policy and the information displayed with the offer.

Promotional benefits are applied to eligible orders according to the applicable promotional rules and the final calculation displayed at checkout.

2. Email Subscription First-Order Discount

Customers who submit their email address through the Noravumi email subscription form are eligible for the first-order discount.

The first-order discount is 10% and is associated with promotional code GUBYHJ.

After submitting your email subscription, the first-order discount is applied at checkout. Please check your order summary to confirm that the discount is reflected before completing your purchase.

This offer applies to the customer's first eligible order following email subscription.

3. 15% Discount on Orders of USD 128 or More

Customers whose merchandise subtotal reaches at least USD 128 before promotional discounts may use promotional code HU888 to receive 15% off.

The USD 128 qualification threshold is calculated before promotional discounts are deducted. Shipping charges are not included in the merchandise subtotal.

The applicable discount will be reflected in the checkout order summary before the order is submitted.

4. Combining Promotional Discount Codes

The GUBYHJ first-order discount and HU888 qualifying-order discount may be used together when the customer meets the eligibility requirements for both offers.

For example, a customer who has subscribed to Noravumi email updates and whose pre-discount merchandise subtotal reaches USD 128 may qualify to use both promotional codes on the same order.

The applicable discounts will be calculated and displayed in the checkout order summary.

Customers should review the final discounted amount before completing the purchase.

5. Free Standard Shipping Promotion

The free standard shipping promotion applies to standard shipping only.

The free standard shipping promotion cannot be combined with either the GUBYHJ or HU888 promotional discount.

If GUBYHJ, HU888, or both promotional codes are applied to an order, the free standard shipping promotion will not apply, even if the order otherwise meets the USD 89 threshold.

When a promotional discount code is used, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

Customers may review the available promotional benefits and final order total before completing their purchase.

6. Promotional Pricing and Checkout

Promotional discounts are applied according to the relevant offer conditions and the applicable checkout calculation.

The final order summary will show the applicable product prices, promotional discounts, shipping charges, and total amount payable.

Please verify that the intended promotional discounts have been applied before submitting your order.

If an eligible promotion does not appear as expected, please contact us before completing the purchase.

Promotional offers do not change the product specifications, product quality, or applicable return rights.

7. Returns and Refunds for Promotional Orders

Products purchased using promotional discounts remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Purchasing a product at a promotional price does not automatically exclude it from return or refund eligibility.

7.1 Refunds for Discounted Products

Refunds for returned products are calculated using the actual amount paid for the relevant product after allocating the applicable promotional discounts.

Where more than one promotional discount has been applied, the original discount allocation recorded for each product in the order will be used to calculate the applicable refund.

Refunds are not calculated using the original undiscounted product price.

7.2 Partial Returns

If you return only part of an order, the refund will be calculated according to the actual promotional discount allocated to each returned product in the original order.

We will not recalculate the promotional discounts on the remaining products solely because a partial return reduces the value of the retained products below the original promotional qualification threshold.

For example, if an order originally qualified for the HU888 discount because its pre-discount merchandise subtotal was at least USD 128, a later partial return will not automatically remove the discount allocated to the products retained by the customer.

The refund for each returned product will reflect its actual discounted purchase amount based on the original order's discount allocation.

7.3 Free Shipping and Partial Returns

If an order qualified for free standard shipping and was already dispatched, we will not retrospectively charge the original standard shipping fee solely because a partial return reduces the value of the retained products below the original free-shipping threshold.

Return shipping costs will be handled according to the reason for the return and our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Promotional Availability and Restrictions

Promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements described in this policy and the information displayed with the relevant offer.

Customers should not assume that a promotion applies unless the applicable discount or shipping benefit is reflected in the checkout summary.

We may review orders involving suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of promotional benefits, or other material misuse of an offer.

Any decision affecting an order will be handled consistently with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Pricing Errors and Promotional Changes

If a material pricing or promotional display error occurs, we will review the relevant information and contact the customer regarding the affected order where reasonably necessary.

Where an advertised promotion has a specific stated validity period, that period will apply to the relevant offer.

Any material changes to future promotional offers will be communicated through the relevant promotional information.

Changes to future promotions will not retroactively remove promotional benefits already confirmed for an accepted order, except where correction is required by applicable law or a genuine transaction error.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Promotional Terms & Conditions limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Promotional discounts do not remove any rights relating to defective products, incorrect orders, damaged goods, or other legally protected circumstances.

If any provision of these terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.
